Project Manager - Through the Looking Glass - a community partnership in parenting

12 month contract position - 24 hours per week (times negotiable). Salary range $72,000- $78,000.

Through the Looking Glass is an innovative, complex and sophisticated approach to building strong and healthy relationships between young children and their parents. It uses attachment theory and is delivered within early childhood centres, is multi strategy with success resting on contributions from diverse workers, with each contribution being an equally valuable component of intervention. The Project Manager is located at Thebarton and reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Gowrie SA. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the project within established guidelines and funding agreements, all administrative functions and financial management. Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience in leadership and management required.
