Training - Quality Assurance

We provide training and support for children's services working through QIAS (Quality Improvement and Accreditation System), OSHCQA (Outside School Hours Quality Assurance) and FDCQA (Family Day Care Quality Assurance). We can work with staf, management committees and parent groups. We can assist with:

doing your self study
developing action plans
preparing for your validation visit
improving practice
policy review and development
